Refund Terms (DRIPPED DXB)

By paying with your card, you agree to the following:

• Missing Items
If something is missing from your order

  • We send the missing item again if you paid for it 

 

• Accidental Card Payment ( ONLY WITHIN 48 HOURS FROM WHEN ORDER WAS COMPLETED) (30 AED WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR FEES)
If you paid by card by mistake: 

  • Refund takes 2–3 business days

  • If refund isn’t possible, you will receive store credit

• No Refunds
No refunds if you received:

  • The correct item

  • The correct size
